From A2 to A4 Stainless Steel
The stage lights manufacturer previously purchased standard screws made of stainless steel A2 (SUS304). However, due to the specific application environment, where the screws are installed on the heat sink of the architectural lights, higher corrosion resistance was required. The customer found that the current screw material could not meet these needs and changed suppliers to find a custom solution.

Customer Requirements
- Material: The screws must be made of stainless steel A4 (SUS316) with stronger corrosion resistance. A4 stainless steel offers better corrosion resistance than A2 (SUS304), especially for outdoor and harsh environments.
- Specification: Customized stainless steel screws made to high quality standards for long-term use.
Customized Screw Solution
After receiving the customer's request, JeaSnn provided the following solution:
Free Samples
Free samples of the customized screws were supplied so the customer could verify the product before batch production.
Material Testing
Because material compliance was critical to the project, the screws were checked with a direct reading spectrograph. The results confirmed that the material complied with the stainless steel A4 (SUS316) standard and were shared with the customer through photos and videos.
Production and Quality Control
The production process covers cold heading, thread rolling, and electrophoretic coating. Pre-production samples were provided for approval, and production batches were shipped with a material test report and OQC report.

Customer Feedback
The customer was satisfied with the custom screws and particularly appreciated the material testing and quality-control process. The documentation gave the customer confidence that each batch met the specified stainless steel requirement.

JeaSnn supports custom screw projects that require special specifications, material verification, free samples, or batch-level quality documentation. Contact us with your drawing and application requirements to begin a custom project.
